Curriculum Leader in Horticulture Salary : £39,387.00-£42,852.00pa inclusive of London Weighting. Full Time, Permanent 36 hours, 52 weeks per year Enfield with travel to all sites Capel Manor College is the only College in London that aims to deliver outstanding and inspirational and environmental land-based learning opportunities across the Greater London region. Fundamental to the College’s forward-thinking strategy is support for the environment and food supply in Greater London and the southeast An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Curriculum Leader in Horticulture. Capel Manor College has a well-established reputation for delivering high quality Horticultural and Landscaping courses. Capel’s course tutors all have exceptional skills with extensive knowledge and experience of the Horticultural industries. Students have access to 30 acres of gardens at our Enfield campus as well as wonderful plant collections and open spaces at Regent’s Park, Gunnersbury Park, Crystal Palace Park and Mottingham to provide inspiration throughout their studies. Our courses give young people and adults the opportunity to gain nationally and internationally recognised qualifications with the prospect of progressing to further study, higher education, employment or starting their own business venture whilst learning in a unique and supportive environment. The successful candidate will lead, manage and co-ordinate the delivery of a high quality and industry relevant curriculum area. The ideal candidate will be innovative and have strong links to industry, with extensive knowledge of the curriculum specialisms offered within Horticulture. What’s in it for you?
