Customer Service Advisor - Chat (Full-time) - Banking - £17,500pa plus benefits Start Date Monday 9th March All offers are subject to a credit check Shifts - Mon-Sunday - Between 7am-10pm We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for a global company based in Edinburgh to support a financial services client. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting customers of famous brands and services companies. You will receive full training from day one, these Customer Service jobs are a great opportunity for real career progression offering many employer related benefits. Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver award winning customer service via chat, telephone, email and social media channels. Candidate Requirements: ·All applicants must have right to work in UK ·Your Customer Service Skills are important as well as a positive, friendly attitude with a strong desire to help people. ·Fluent in English language - Spoken and Written ·Ability to communicate, with accuracy and clarity both verbally and in writing. ·Must be able to work 40 hours per week on 5 day shift patterns between Monday - Sunday. ·Previous experience of Microsoft and Excel software would be an advantage.
