Overview
Our client based in Biggleswade is looking for a Service Controller. The key duties for Service Controller include: • Monitoring and recording of machine hours to ensure regular maintenance of machines is carried out • Liaising with customers to schedule maintenance / servicing of machines • Following scheduled maintenance ensuring defect correspondence is sent to customers in a timely manner • Take the lead to communicate with Field Service Engineers to compile and prepare estimates for secondary work reported from services • Ensure warranty/exchange and new parts are returned within a set time frame following a process for correctly logging and storing them The ideal Service Controller will need to be: • Able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and/or industry. • Smart and well presented. • Good Communicator at all levels. Competitive salary for Service Controller. The hours for Service Controller are Monday to Friday 45 hours per week.
