Overview

Our very well established client based in Biggleswade is looking for a Customer Service & Parts Administrator. Ideally the Customer Service & Parts Administrator will have experience in the construction plant or transport industry, possibly in a parts warranty or service environment. Customer Service & Parts Administrator key responsibilities will include:- - Taking calls from customers, liaising with service engineers and all members of the sales and after-sales team. - Promote and prepare parts/service quotations and orders. - Enter new parts details onto the system to provide information and pricing to enable effective ordering. - General administrative duties as and when required. - You must have a strong customer service ethic with a positive and pro-active approach and have the ability to use your own initiative and be self-motivated. - You must also be computer literate and be able to demonstrate uses of IT relevant to role, including Word and Excel. The Customer Service & Parts Administrator role is full time, 40 hours per week (Mon to Fri), competitive salary.
