Overview

Customer Service Administrator Stockport, SK7 £16,000 to £18,000. Excellent benefits - good holidays, private healthcare, enhanced pension. Due to further growth of the business - we are looking for a First Response Handler to join a well-established, independent Drainage Services and Utilities company based in Stockport. As a successful candidate you'll be taking ownership of all aspects of data input and customer service queries to assist the Claims Team on efficiently and effectively ensuring claims/cases are resolved to a high standard. Role: Cleanse the current database to ensure client and introducer data is consistent across the business Continue to monitor and update data records in line with company processes and procedures so that the data available to the management team is accurate Taking inbound customer service queries and making sure data is accurately captured to pass onto the claims team Monitor data standards including adherence to the data protection act Experience: Admin/Data inputting experience Excellent communicational skills Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including legal representatives Have a keen eye for detail and exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data So, if you're looking for a new challenge and would like a chat in further detail then please send a copy of your CV to Louis George at Four Recruitment.
