Overview
CK Technical are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a Pharmaceutical company at their site based in Hoddesdon on a permanent basis. The Company: Our client's Hoddesdon site is a premier R&D space with a state of the art GMP facility for active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) development. Location: This role is located in Hoddesdon. The site is easily commutable from the areas surrounding North London and Stevenage. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Facilitate the end to end recruitment process from search to on boarding, in line with the Company's People Strategy and in line with GDPR requirements. - Work closely with stakeholders. - Be the point of expertise on all recruitment related matters. - Develop a high quality pool of candidates by promoting the brand and creating a strong network of contacts. - Contribute to salary mapping and advise the Company on competitive remuneration offerings. Your Background: - Proven and extensive knowledge and experience of the life sciences recruitment market. - Previous experience as an in-house talent acquisition specialist is a necessity. - Experience of managing recruitment processes and direct sourcing. - Previous experience creating Graduate and Internship programmes. - Ability to manage, consult and influence stakeholders. - Understanding of HR processes (annual salary/bonus/performance review & workforce planning).
