IT Support Engineer - London - £36K £32K - £36K depending on experience Excellent Training A fast-growing Managed Service Provider which has been established for nearly 20 years, is on the lookout for a new team member due to new client wins and expansion This is a great chance to join a business which will allow you to undertake a mixture of project and support duties from day one, via their service desk and on-site visits to clients in the London area. This company prides themselves on having very few employee departures due to their high levels of investment in their staff. Could you be the next to benefit from this? You will provide technical support both remotely and in person at a 2nd / 3rd line level. Your duties will include: Resolving and escalating tickets, involvement in large projects (upgrades, roll outs, migrations), technical research for client solutions, logging and updating IT support issues and partaking in technical training and personal development sessions. There are excellent opportunities for progression internally and you will be promoted in line with experience gained. There are not set dates for this, your salary will increase with your responsibilities and your earning potential is limited only by yourself.
