Sales & Credit controller, Shrewsbury, Competitive salary and benefits Your new company Hays are recruiting for a Sales & Credit controller for an established a reputable business based near Shrewsbury Your new role This is a great opportunity to an experienced Credit controller who ideally has had some staff supervision experience and duties will include: Supervising a small Accounts Receivable team and ensuring targets and deadlines are met Control the set up of new customer accounts Ensuring Sales ledger documents are processed efficiently and accurately. Oversee customer invoicing reviews Regularly review Age debtor list Maintain and develop Credit control procedure Monitor Credit limits Assist with Cash flow management What you'll need to succeed For this role ideally you will have extensive Credit control experience including previous supervision experience. You should have good technical knowledge of client invoicing and payment terms. Our clients are also particularly interested if a candidate is either a member of the CICM or AAT (bit not essential). You should be proactive, self motivated and able to work independently. Strong time management and report writing skills are a must.
