Internal Sales Account Manager £20-22k basic Permanent Shrewsbury Our client is one of UK’s leading contract fabric suppliers with a special focus on the hospitality and leisure sectors. They boast an enviable position within the industry and have a 25 year lineage to match. Their customers are some of the best known hotel and leisure chains around the world. They now have an exciting opportunity for Internal Sales Account Manager to join their team. The role will be to develop and nurture client relationships. This requires a confident and well-spoken candidate. Key Responsibilities To follow up on daily sales enquiries, develop client relationships over the phone Preparing quotations and proposals for clients To respond to incoming enquiries regarding product ranges, styles, materials and prices Send samples to customers and follow up with view to secure the customer Confident to ask questions and probe customer needs with finesse Account manage existing and new customers Making contact with lapsed customers off existing database The ideal candidate must have; Be commercially astute Highly organised, self-managed, driven reliable and self-motivated Previous business development / customer interaction experience Competent IT skills and use of CRM systems By sending your CV in response to this advert, you are giving us consent to contact you to discuss your application as per our privacy policy statement.
