Your main function will be to deliver high-quality advice to customers; deliver the Disability Smart Accelerator; and support the upskilling of the wider team on all aspects of disability inclusion and business management. Key Duties and Responsibilities Advice Service Advise Members and Partners via the Advice Service, the key feature of the organisations Membership and Partnership. This includes delivering excellent customer service and timely, accurate, and high-quality advice; and to contribute to ensuring the Service is covered between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Respond to queries and case management that comes in via the Advice Service contact channels (predominantly phone and email). Ensure all Advice Service work is in line with the organisation's policy positions, legally accurate, and in line with current leading inclusive business practice. Deliver policy reviews as per the revised policy review framework. Remain up to date with best practice for being disability-smart within commerce and business. Delivery of Disability Smart Accelerator Design and organise sessions, events, and resources for the Accelerator. Facilitate sessions, deliver webinars, and write resources for the Accelerator, including facilitating sessions and producing relevant written and digital resources (such as webinars). Support the creation of resources for the Knowledge Hub Support the production of regular resources to the Knowledge Hub (typically one new resource per month from the Information and Advice team), which may include webinars and a hub of 'Frequently Asked Questions'. Contribute to the development of other resources as appropriate. Other: Build productive and professional working relationships internally with BDF staff, and externally with Members, Partners, and other stakeholders. Take part in own continuous improvements activities as required. Update and maintain accurate records on the Company Information System (CIS). Complete, agree with manager, and maintain Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) on a quarterly basis. Be familiar with and at all times adhere to BDF policies, procedures and values, as set out in the Staff Handbook. Promote and comply with BDF policies on equality and diversity both in the delivery of services and in working relationships and treatment of others.
