Full-time and part-time hours available (3 or 5 days per week) The Organisation Citizens Advice Westminster is a values-based organisation that provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to residents in the local and surrounding areas; some of which are the most vulnerable in society. Our aim is to provide the advice people need for the challenges they may face, by ensuring individuals are well informed about the services that available to them. Our services include advice across key areas such as benefits, debt, housing and employment. The Opportunity A new opportunity has risen for an Advice Training Coordinator to join our offices in Paddington. We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual, who will play an integral part in moving our organisation forward. We are seeking an individual who is looking for the next challenge in their career path. The post holder will play a key part in developing, implementing and delivering a training programme to the frontline team of trainees and advisers. They will also play a key role in engaging with our stakeholders through delivering presentations, talks and written reports. The Ideal Candidates The successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal appropriately with a cross section of people, working in a diverse workforce. Self-motivated, with strong IT skills, the post holder will be confident in leading a team, ensuring that team members are effectively supported and developed in order to build a cohesive and efficient team. A minimum of 3 years’ (full-time equivalent) post-qualification experience of providing good quality, in-depth advice on a range of subjects is essential, with the ability to share and contribute positively to the well-being of our staff and volunteers.
