Project Manager - Student Accommodation - Build - Randstad - Glasgow Opportunity to Project Manage for a UK leading Contractor? Are you in interested in leading an exciting new challenge working with a fantastic team? Vision and Pipeline for the future? Our client is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to be based in Glasgow. Our Client is a UK leading contractor. The project is a student accommodation building (21 Stories), with a project value of £28 Million. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a great team on an exciting city centre project. The organisation has 5 Years of work in the pipeline. Roles & Responsibilities : Report to the Construction Director, you will have responsibility for the overall completion of the building and ensuring the build programme is followed and adhered too. Map the project process design and information coordination to achieve success throughout build process. You will be the point of contact for clients and coordinate with all departments during the build and completion phases, ensuring each department delivers within budget and to schedule We are looking for?
