Overview
Tax Manager within a global business consultancy firm based in London. You will own the UK Tax Accounting process and advise on all matters tax on projects including M&A, transfer pricing, R&D to name a few. Client Details Well established over several decades, this consultancy is a global business advisory firm based in London with expertise across a broad range of industries including financial services, retail, health care, energy, media, and communications. Description Based in London, the Tax Manager for this leading consultancy will report to the EMEA Head of Tax and work closely with another Tax Manager to: Manage all aspects of UK corporate tax compliance, preparation and filing of tax computations, tax enquiries across the EMEA region Work with EMEA finance team on financial statements and calculate legal entity tax provisions Prepare quarterly compliance reports, monitoring of all EMEA tax provisions, monthly and year-end tax provisions Responsibility for SOX reporting requirements with Internal / External auditors, ensure SOX procedures are effective Assist in capital contribution calculations for the LLP partners and queries, managing the LLP partners annual statements International jurisdiction tax implications Handling indirect tax queries, employment tax queries, withholding tax claims/issues, preparation of transfer pricing files and CbCR notifications, and tax advise on ad hoc projects Profile The successful Tax Manager will have the following: Qualified ACA/CTA professional with 5 years minimum post qualified experience EMEA corporation tax experience within a global organisation. Reporting for SOX compliance purposes, or, at the very least, within a high controls environment Solutions mindset, able to research, understand and solve ad hoc issues and thoroughly document Happy to work in this predominantly compliance-based role Job Offer £70,000-80,000 base 10-15% bonus (discretionary) benefits Flexible working culture with long term work from home option (currently as per government advice the role is full time home based)
