Overview
Business Analyst – Outside IR35 We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to support our Cardiff based client on a Dynamics 365 upgrade project. This is a 6-month Contract, Outside IR35, that will pay up to £450/day. As the Business Analyst, you will work with a talented development and project team to understand and document the business processes the new instance of Dynamics will follow. As a Business Analyst, your work will include in-depth involvement with colleagues across our organisation to support the implementation of this project. What will you do? The main responsibilities and deliverables the Business Analyst will be tasked with are: You will analyse and document Business Processes in relation to our CRM upgrade You will host forums, meetings, and interviews to gather user requirements and gather information You will support the product owner and scrum team to maintain the product log You will participate in Scrum ceremonies to ensure work can be delivered in sprints You will undertake a Gap Analysis to identify the target operating model As the Business Analyst, you will be tasked with writing technical and user documentation to support end-users About You? The main qualities required for the Business Analyst post are: Qualifications Certified Scrum Product Owner/Professional Scrum Product Owner BCS Business Analysis Diploma Certification in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Experience Extensive experience working within agile development teams and Scrum teams. Experience of maintaining a product backlog In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 with demonstrable experience in similar projects as a Business Analyst Experience of using Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar agile project management tools What next?
