Overview

As the IT Support Analyst (2nd Line), you will be responsible for all escalated incidents from the Service Desk to a 2nd line and desktop support level. This will include delivering face to face support to the business in London. You will be responsible for providing support on several different software and hardware used within the organisation to a high level of technical knowledge. This will include local support and remote support across the firm’s international offices as and when required. Experience required for this position; Confidence in supporting Microsoft Office software and applications - ideally MS Office 2016 and Office 365 applications. Previously working within a legal environment and supported specific applications used within the sector including a Document Management System. Proven experience in the administration of Active Directory and MS Exchange servers. Experience of hardware builds and support- Desktops, printers and remote devices such as iPhones Ability to support users in a face to face capacity - this is key for this position. Desirable skills for this position; Experience in supporting TMS and WebEx tools - ideally Cisco WebEx. Knowledge of working within an ITIL framework - ideally an ITIL foundation certificate.
