Overview
We require a Quality Manager to join a large residential developer to oversee a project near Fulham. The client is one of the most well-known developers in the UK with many large scale developments throughout London. The specific project is a long term residential project which will build over 200 units with mixed-use schemes as well. You will be the Quality Manager for the project overall throughout each phase. You will be required from groundwork through to handover ensuring that the quality throughout is the best it can be. You will have good technical knowledge and will understand the full build process. Knowledge of site health and safety foundations and fire stopping would be beneficial. Experience overseeing the quality of residential projects as a building inspector or clerk of works is ideal.
