Customer Service Advisor Location: Edinburgh – Dalkeith Road Pay Rate : £10.12 per hour Do you want a career in banking? Do you thrive to give excellent customer service? JOB ROLE: This is a 6 month temporary role with the potential to go permanent, starting on the 22nd April 2020. These positions are offering a pay rate of £10.12 per hour. You will be working Monday to Friday 08.00 – 18.00 rotational 35 hours per week and one Saturday shift every 4 weeks 9-1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Working in the Retirements/Protections team. - Responsible for delivering exceptional service over the phone. - Manage inbound and outbound customer queries - Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with established processes, practices and guidelines - Take ownership of customer problems solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required - Value the teams’ skills and learn from everyone’s mistakes - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business by identifying and taking ownership of opportunities for improvement to the processes you use - Working in a team environment in an open plan office EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Experience working in a call centre environment taking inbound calls - Customer Service skills face to face - Competent computer skills - Works well in a team - Keen to learn WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? - Excellent training - Great rates of pay - AWR Uplift - Flex Cash Bonus - Potential for extension or a permanent position - Career Development If you are interested in this position can you please contact Nico Gibson or Kirsten Fowler to discuss this in more detail.
