Venue Coordinator- Bristol

We have an opportunity for a Venue Coordination Officer to support an exciting project, in a field-based role in Bristol and the surrounding areas for approximately 2 months . It is essential you are able to drive and have access to your own vehicle. Profile statement: Reporting to the Properties Coordination Manager the property coordination officer is responsible for the delivery of all venue/accommodation requirements for implementation within a geographical region (London and East of England, additional travel may be required). Responsible for the sourcing of and securing the services of both Adecco locations and external venues to accommodate the recruitment of a high volume of temporary workers. The role will be responsible for: Working with the properties coordination manager to understand the requirements for the onsite delivery teams within an assigned geographical location (mainly London and East of England, additional travel may be required) Make site visits to venues across the assigned geographical location to assess viability for use Create a portfolio of key venue information to generate a pack for colleagues using the space Discuss and negotiate rates You will need to display the following personal attributes to succeed in the role: Resilience, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure Effective communication and relationship building skills Strong organisation skills Confident, able to use own initiative and manage own workload Ability to maintain the required level of activity towards achieving goals without direct supervision Ability to gain commitment and buy-in from others to achieve desired/agreed results Requirements: Experience of event management Good organisational skills Good project management experience Working to deadlines Customer service skills Experience of working in a surveying, events, facilities or property management organisation Internal recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
