Overview

We are looking for an energetic Deputy / Retail Manager for a Busy Nightclub and Live Venue which is a multi faceted with a number of bars including VIP Bar and separate rooms. This is a excellent opportunity to be a Deputy / Retail Manager, for a dynamic and forward thinking company. As Deputy /Retail manager you will be the number two in charge and responsible for Stock control and people management, from bartender recruitment through to training and retention. The right manager must be extremely organised and be able to think on their feet as this isn't a normal Deputy managers role with a real variety of events. The Ideal Candidate will be a proven operator at bar/assistant management level for at least two year and have a track record of driving sales and margins through clever retailing. You must have sound financial acumen and have worked within bar, venue or nightclub with high stock holdings and exposure to turn over of at least £1Million. You will be use to delivering a the operation to the highest of standards and the key will be your leadership skills and ability to lead from the front. This role will have late finishes, so please only apply if you are prepared to finish work at 4am on most nights the Venue is open. Interviews are immediately available.
