That said if you thrive on fast moving, dynamic and change in your world this could be the perfect opportunity to grow into a Financial Controller over the next year or two. If craving a role that will stretch your ability to be hands on, task focussed and deliver but demonstrate the appetite for leadership in the future this is a perfect fit.
