HR Business Partner - Tech Agency - £70k-£75k Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who is used to working in a fast paced creative environment and has partnered a tech client group? Are you used to working with ambiguity, bring a truly progressive and innovative style of HR and have worked on Talent Development projects? Please note, you must have creative industry experience to be considered for this role I'm privileged to partnering a fast-growth entrepreneurial tech agency based in North London who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team as the business goes through an exciting period of growth. Partnering a tech client group, you will be used to partnering senior stakeholders, influencing and driving the people agenda and be comfortable working autonomously. As well as driving the people strategy, key projects include driving talent and development initiatives to retain high performing employees, rolling out development programmes and managing any ER issues that arise. The idal candiadte will have ideally partnered a tech client group, a bonus if you’ve worked with a .Net House. You will have natural gravitas with senior stakeholders, the ability to influence, flex your style and be consultative and nurturing with younger managers is a must As a true generalist, you will bring innovative strategic HR ideas as well as being comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into the day to day operational HR. Most importantly you will bring a progressive style of HR, bringing modern, cutting edge ideas that compliments this entrepreneurial and innovative agency, you won’t be a textbook HR robot You will have worked within the creative industry, used to working at incredible pace, be comfortable with ambiguity, and bring a fluid, innovative and solutions focused style.
