RULE have been tasked by an industry leading Recruitment Agency to find their next London-based Internal Recruitment to help fill up their brand-new Shoreditch offices You’ll be acting as a representative for our client, implementing ground-breaking strategies to attract high-level Recruiters, Sales Professionals and Graduates across the UK. Our client has experienced impressive growth year on year for the past 5 and as such are launching their New London Operation, right in the heart of trendy Shoreditch. They want to add 20 heads in the next 6 months and much more after that. From junior to Executive level, y has just received their first million-pound investment so their top priority for the next 8 quarters is to grow As such, they want recruiters who adopt a "whatever it takes" mantra and hands-on approach to achieving targets and meeting company goals. They want dynamic candidates who have a genuine interest in human capital and a desire to manage and scale a team. You’ll see the direct result of the value-added you provide and a lasting impact on their fast-growing organisation. Your responsibilities as an Internal Recruiter: Talent pipelining and sourcing Reporting and insights around target communities Event planning Marketing activities Networking and promoting the client’s brand Interview process management Offer Management and onboarding Stakeholder management Making high calibre placements Work closely with hiring managers to adopt and implement hiring needs to drive strategy. What will qualify you for an Internal Recruitment Partner: Proven academic excellence (evidenced by bachelor’s or higher degree) 1-3 years in agency internal recruitment. Rec to Rec consultants considered A mature confident and tenacious personality. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Interest in developing stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical skills with ability to draw strategic insights from recruitment data.
