Junior Sous Chef – 1 Michelin Star – Package Of £35,000 – Central London This prestigious, fine dining restaurant, which is overseen by a very talented Executive Chef, is seeking the talents of an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine British/European cuisine using only the best of British seasonal produce which are bought in fresh daily. To be considered for the role, you must have proven experience within establishments with at least a 1 Michelin star or 3 AA Rosettes rating. You would also need to be able to work in very high-pressure environment. This is a rare opportunity as Executive Pastry Chef, who have worked in some of the best Michelin Star restaurants globally, is very passionate about food and will be very much directly involved in your training and development. As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. An excellent salary package of £35,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
