Overview

This position is maternity cover until October 2020 with the possibility of it becoming a permanent position. During the maternity the position is a full time role of 35 hours per week, and you will be expected to work as part of the team. The shifts are flexible but will include some weekend work . The role will mainly involve being the 2nd chef to a busy golf club kitchen but also being front of house in charge of the bar and front of house. - Deputise the chef manager in all areas of the kitchen. - Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients. - Genuine interest in cooking and customer service excellence. - A great team player.
