Assistant Hostel Manager – London Salary: Up to £27,000 Location: London As the Assistant Hostel Manager,you support the Senior team in the management of the property in all operational and financial aspects. Specifically, you will have a focus on the Reservations, Revenue and Marketing functions. This is a good opportunity for a Manager with very strong Front Office, Revenue and Marketing knowledge who is ready for their next step up, to join this lovely property in Central London. We need an experienced and passionate manager who will be knowledgeable in all aspects of hostel keeping, and also enjoy spending time on the floor leading the team. You must have very strong communications skills and be very comfortable interacting with guests. The ideal Candidate will have: - A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar operation – hostel, B&B - Excellent organizational and administrative skills - Excellent communication skills in all aspects - Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation - Excellent guest service and problem resolution skills - The flexible and passionate about what they do - Fluency in English spoken and written Does this sound like you?
