Overview

We are working with a very exciting project due to open this year to recruit a Head Chef for their flagship restaurant. The restaurant will serve a fresh Eastern Mediterranean/Middle Eastern all day dining menu from breakfast through dinner showcasing quality ingredients and dishes alike. The Head Chef will be fully responsible for the day to day running of the operation leading the team of 14 chefs plus KP's. We are keen to hear from chefs with a sound understanding of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine and a flair for creativity to think outside the box and create fantastic dishes. Head Chefs should posses strong management, organisation and communication skills as well as a grasp of finances.
