Head Sommelier - Petrus - 1 Michelin Star - Gordon Ramsay Restaurants We are looking for an experienced Head Sommelier within a Michelin Star environment, to join our enthusiastic and passionate team at Petrus. Petrus is an elegant fine dining restaurant which has retained a Michelin star since 2011. The dining room is laid around the pièce de résistance – a modern wine cellar holding an extensive collection of fine wine. As one can expect from a restaurant named after one of the world’s finest wines, the wine list features several different vintages of Château Pétrus and many other fine and rare gems from around the world. As Head Sommelier you will be expected to manage and deliver the wine and beverage service.
