Assistant Manager, Independent Gastro Pub - West London General Manager Salary up to £28k DOE We are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Assistant Manager for this fantastic Gastro-Pub located in leafy West London. This is a independent venue with an independent spirit and we need a creative and passionate leader to help drive the business forward. A candidate with a love for great food and great wine would be ideal for this role The Assistant Manager must have a passion for service, be used to working to a high standard, and be able to work under pressure. We are looking for a problem-solving individual that will manage the venue collaboratively while reporting to the GM and director of the company. The successful AM will be a natural leader that will support and work alongside a dedicated team of staff - recruiting, training and developing them according to their potential and needs. The Assistant Manager will have bags of charisma, the role requires someone who understands the hospitality business and is commercially/Financially astute.
