A global forward thinking organisation are currently looking for dynamic part time Customer Service Advisors Your new company A global leader in their field this organisation are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join them in their Contact Centre in Gateshead Your new role You will be at the forefront of the Customer journey handling calls and resolving queries effectively and efficiently. You will be working with high volumes of calls. You will also be expected to complete some administration tasks so must be computer literate What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position you must have worked in a fast paced position within a Contact Centre with high volumes of calls. You must also be able to listen effectively to customer needs and respond appropriately following everything through to resolution What you'll get in return This is a part time position working 20 hours per week and is initially temporary.
