Customer Service Advisor - Part Time £10ph - Immediate Start Shifts - 7am-11am / 11am-3pm OR 3pm-7pm / 7pm-11pm Are you available immediately for temporary work in Gateshead? Search Consultancy is working closely with a well known contact centre to recruit a large number of temporary customer service advisors to take inbound customer service calls. Full training will be provided but you must have a friendly and polite telephone manner along with great IT skills. The duties of the Inbound Customer Service Advisors will include: Taking inbound customer service calls to advise and direct people to websites or give them factual information Use of a bespoke system Ability to provide an exceptional customer service This is an amazing opportunity for people who are maybe waiting to start a job or are available immediately looking for some extra cash The temporary assignment will be for at least 4 weeks and we have start dates as soon as tomorrow You must have the correct right to work documents to be able to be considered with it being such a quick turn around.
