Resourcing Business Partner (East Region) Based in Gateshead Salary - Up to £40,000 & Car Allowance Extensive travel across the region. 2020 will be an exciting and challenging year at The Cambian Group. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquistion, with extensive travel across the region, you will lead a team of Field Based Resourcers and Resourcing & Onboarding Administrators. You will be part of the team shaping the strategic planning for the region, working alongside senior operational stakeholders and taking full ownership of the end to end Recruitment and Onboarding process for a full range of managerial and team based roles. You will build close and effective relationships with key operational and support staff, managing a robust commercial plan, the detailed reporting required to keep our plans on track and the motivation to meet continuously demanding targets for numbers and quality. You will need a real eye for detail - understanding that our absolute commitment to the Safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority. You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of the regulatory environment we work in and the demands that our commitment to Safer Recruitment require. We are a unique and complex business and you will need to balance a hands on, practical approach with a creative and innovative style - taking full advantage of all contemporary sourcing and marketing channels. The Care sector is challenging and you will need to be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record in recruitment, evidence of effective leadership and the resilience and flexibility to dig deep and roll your sleeves up, when necessary.
