Job Title: IT Application Support Salary: £25,000-30,000 per annum Location: Hemel Hempstead Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Company Profile: A successful business within the AV industry are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their team and service their internal staff on a range of systems and related applications. If you’re a commercially-focussed individual, with strong SQL and SSRS report development experience, why not apply today Company Benefits: Flexi time available e.g. 7.30am-4.30pm, 8.30am-5.30pm etc. Work from home policy (twice per month) after successful probation The Role: Support with EDI system development Create tests to ensure data quality and test procedures minimise issues after go-live date Ensure supplier conformance to established requirements Monitor and ensure successful transactions during testing phase Perform post-live monitoring of systems Establish reporting structure to provide visibility of progress Review new opportunities/suppliers Support with monthly/quarterly plans to meet/exceed established goals Skills/Experience Required: SQL development experience SSRS report development experience Systems support and helpdesk experience is ideal Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you soon.
