A Lead Contract Support role for a leading FM Provider in Canary Wharf, London Your new company A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Contract Support to join their fast paced client site in the heart of Canary Wharf, London. This client site is within the financial services market and offers a dynamic and engaging environment to provide an exciting challenge to ensure the smooth running of the site. This organisation is excellent for training, development and building a long term career. Your new role As the Lead Contract Support role you will be a vital member of the team to ensure the smooth running of the client site. You will be immersed into the facilities team and be responsible for everything from booking travel, managing PO's and invoices, overseeing the vetting process, producing reports, managing contractors and supporting the client with day to day requests and enquiries. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will need to have experience as a contract support / facilities administrator or a similar role within the facilities department. As it is an admin focused role you will also need to be highly organised, able to prioritise as well as work well under pressure. Due to the client facing nature of the role you will also need to have excellent communication skills, provide excellent customer service and have the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
