Overview
Spa Coordinator, Five Star Day Spa- Mayfair I am currently recruiting for a front of house Spa Coordinator to work on a full-time basis in the prestigious area of Mayfair. My client is a luxurious, results driven skincare brand with a worldwide presence. You will have the opportunity to be a part of the flagship team and build your career with a prestigious brand. As a Spa Coordinator you are responsible for the smooth running of the spa on a daily basis, ensuring all guest journeys are exceptional from start to finish. You will: Manage all treatment bookingsAdvise guests on treatments and productsProvide the highest standard of client careEnsure all client records are kept up to dateMaintain the appearance of the spa to the highest standardHandle any client complaints effectively and promptlyAssist with the running of promotional and private events Requirements: A minimum of 2 years in a similar positionFive star guest service experienceNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy would be desirable but not essentialAbility to work 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis In return my client offers a competitive salary and commission structure as well as extensive training and career progression.
