Overview
Your new firm This national law firm, based in the North West, is recognised as a leading firm in the insurance sector. They have won several high-profile awards. Due to an increasing number of instructions, a permanent paralegal is needed to join the dedicated motor team in the Greater Manchester office. Your new role As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of litigated small claims track files including both quantum and liability cases. You will get involved in telephone discussions and negotiations, as well as proofing witnesses, assessing their evidence and drafting statements. What you'll need to succeed This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career into litigated file handling.
