Overview
Our client is a leading name in women's fashion and footwear based in Central London. The company is predominantly UK based with 50 stores across the country and also has a number of stores operating in well known department stores in the USA. Having recently gone through a growth phase, the company is now seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in a product orientated environment which operates with a significant number of sites. The role will report into the Finance Director but will be the direct line manager for the rest of the finance team consisting of ten heads. Responsibilities -Board and Management reporting -Consolidation of the brands group of companies -Production of board packs and presentations -Control over budget and monthly forecasting -Variance analysis for the group and explanation of variance -Business partner with FD to continually improve financial control and policies Desired Skills -ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified -Retail sector experience -Previous financial management expertise -Highly outgoing and sociable
