Overview

Alecto recruitment is working exclusively with a National supplier of large integrated security solutions on behalf of some of the UK's leading design-and-build contractors and mechanical and electrical consultants. Their biggest customers include Premier League Football CIubs, the HM Prison Service, Wales Prison Service, The Scottish Prison Service, National Offenders Management Service (NOMS), Secure Psychiatric Hospitals and the Ministry of Justice. They supply to the whole of the United Kingdom and can also substantial projects abroad. The Role Our client are looking to add 2 additional Engineers to their southern team to cover the HM Prison contracts. This role is deemed as an Essential service, the successful candidate will have Gate Automation experience to apply for this role, ideally with experience in one or more of the following, Intruder Alarms, Fire alarms, CCTV & Access Control Essential Skills At least 5 years Gates and Barriers experience, and ideally some Intruder Alarm, Fire, CCTV & Access Control installation experience Service and Maintenance of Gates, Barriers, CCTV & Access Control systems Preferably electrically qualified (16th / 17th edition, 2391, 2394 or 2395) Full UK Drivers Licence Experience of security system integration. Excellent knowledge of Gates, Barriers CCTV & Access Control technologies. Fault diagnosis experience (on site and over the phone) Clean criminal record (Some minor offences may be overlooked) Ability to work autonomously ECA or CSCS card and IPAF licence are desirable but not essential.
