Overview
A Quality Manager with a strong quality background in electronic hardware and software design disciplines and with a good understanding of the AS9100 standard is sought by an established manufacturer of computer products for use in harsh environments. Salary on offer to £55K excellent benefits including Relocation. This pivotal Quality role has the objective of introducing working processes to comply with EN / AS 9100 Aerospace quality standard. Key Requirements for the Quality Manager include: • A Degree or HND in Quality Management or relevant Engineering discipline. • Industrial experience within Electronic Hardware & Software development. • Ability to interpret data and statistics. • Industry experience of the AS 9100 aerospace standard. • Excellent communication, project management and planning skills. The successful Quality Manager will audit the company’s design processes and projects to ensure design requirements are adhered to; will ensure compliance to the AS 9100 standard as well as linking into the existing ISO 9001:2015 audit programme.
