Overview

Package Manager - Offshore Wind Structural Engineering Package Manager for Offshore Wind Farm - Structural Engineering Package Manager role includes overseeing the Engineering Manager, but also Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Commissioning, Health and Safety, Installation, Consenting, Operations and Maintenance. EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Installation) Tender Review, and the contractual negotiations which follow. Package Manager must co-ordinate all the Technical teams covering all of these roles. Experience Degree in mechanical, civil or structural engineering. 5-10 years of experience in the offshore engineering sector. Experience of managing engineering teams and engineering consultants. EPCM: Experience negotiating EPCI contracts or managing EPCI contracts is desirable. Advantage to have: geotechnics, structures, dynamics of offshore wind turbine foundation dynamics Role:Overseeing the foundations package for large offshore windfarms Leading package design basis issue and contributing to project design basis Identify key technical points for package delivery Settlement of engineering processes and planning Manage the engineering process and scope delivery Leading the technical disciplines contributing to the Package and key stakeholders (e.g. certification authorities) Management of technical package issue Technical evaluation of tenders Contribution to bidder’s preselection, clarification till contract award Carry out design & risk reviews Evaluation of Tenders and contractors from a technical point of view For more info, Visit our website, Call us or email your cv to clarehillassociates Both Perm and contract options available in either UK or EU
