We’re seeking an Executive Assistant who not only has the experience of working for a dynamic C-Suite level executive and senior leadership team, but brings passion and enthusiasm to match our working environment. As the only Executive Assistant at Crunch an independent streak is a must - but rest assured, you’ll have a supportive network around you and will be working closely with the wider team to make great things happen The ability to build connections and know your stakeholders is key, but on the flipside, you’ll recognise the importance of confidentiality and discretion. Above all you must be a fantastic delegator and planner - able to understand the big picture and how to break tasks down into practical steps, to make a vision reality. The pace of work will be fast but exciting and priorities may change, this is something you will take in your stride as you focus on varied and interesting day to day and project work, enabling our CEO to concentrate on driving business growth. As an excellent communicator, you’ll have the ability to compose impeccably-crafted communications from both yourself and the CEO. You’ll play a pivotal role in planning events for the whole company - such as our infamous socials and charity fundraisers - this will mean you’ll need to be versatile, spinning lots of plates at once - but making it look like a breeze Does this sound like you? We'd love to hear from you Essential: Demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executives. A high standard of spoken and written English and numerical accuracy. European Computer Driving License (ECDL) or equivalent experience. A high level of IT literacy and an ability to adapt to new computer packages as required by the role or wider business. Use of tools such as Monday.com, Smart Sheets or equivalent software. Experience of working independently and on your own initiative, managing pressure and your own workload as required. Experience of working with sensitive material and an understanding of the importance of absolute discretion and confidentiality. Ability to be flexible and versatile and keep up with changing priorities as required. Desirable: Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline. A recognised project management qualification. Experience of office management and business continuity planning activities.
