Overview
Our client, a dynamic and highly successful company based in the heart of the City seeks Cyber, Liability or Property Claims Adjusters with experience gained in the Lloyd's/London insurance market. The company have won numerous awards and offer a supportive and friendly environment. You will be handling claims emanating from the UK and worldwide jurisdictions and responsibilities will include: Handling claims from FNOL to settlement, including coverage, legal liability and quantum analysis Building good relationships with policyholders, brokers and underwriters Working closely with the company's panel of service providers General claims administration such as payment requests and production of MI Supporting the Claims Director and claims team Attending underwriting meetings when appropriate Providing feedback on claims issues and trends You will have a positive, enthusastic approach and excellent communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is essential and experience of using the ECF system would be advantageous. Ideally you hold a legal degree or will be working towards the ACII qualification.
