Overview
Vitae have recently partnered with an award-winning construction company in North London to source a top-calibre Head of Finance to join their team. This is a 'hands on' role managing a team of ten which will work closely with the Managing Director of the business. Preparation of a narrative report on budget variances; Provision of regular cash flow information; Annual returns and company secretarial filing and taking of board minutes Monthly Payroll and Payroll annual returns; Sales ledger and credit control Stakeholder relations; Day to day managing of accounts department including annual appraisal; Supervision of postings of sales ledger, purchase ledger, nominal ledger; subcontractor ledger Supervision of monthly bank reconciliations and checking all control accounts; Preparation of annual accounts file for auditors and drafting statutory accounts; The ideal profile will be a Qualified (ACCA/CIMA) Accountant with 4 years post-qualified experience. This is a family-run business that can offer daily interaction with senior stakeholders in the business and a long-term career development plan.
