Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Overseeing the day to day running of the site and its people Leading and developing your team Preparing fresh hand-made products Leading from the front with customer service Driving sales through various avenues Experience of leading a busy operation – the food will be made fresh on site so being comfortable getting stuck in within the kitchen environment is of high importance Customer focussed – the ability to engage with guests even in a QSR environment Strong commercial instinct – you will have financial responsibility for your site The ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet Have the natural ability to motivate and nurture talent within your team Pension Scheme Opportunity to grow and develop in a company Chance to become part of an exciting journey within a growing company.
