Job Description
The job: The General Manager is responsible for the performance of their unit. The General Manager is expected to take ownership of unit performance, measured by profitable growth, customer experience, staff retention, and unit standards. The General Manager is an ambassador for Electric Playbox who should lead by example, and set the highest standards for themselves and their team whilst building a dynamic and exciting working environment Requirements Characteristics: * Optimistic, enthusiastic and can do attitude * Highly responsible and trustworthy * Strong sense of ownership, but understands when to escalate issues * Strong work ethic * Precise, organised and attentive to detail * Thrives in a fast and changing environment * Calm under pressure.
