Associate opportunity within Corporate Restructuring & Advisory at a leading UK Corporate Advisory Practice offering broad case exposure, long-term career progression and study support. THE COMPANY A leading UK Corporate Restructuring & Advisory Practice renowned for providing Debt Advisory & Restructuring, Turnaround & Rescue, Formal Insolvency and Accelerated M&A solutions to mid-market Corporate businesses. The firm has a strong UK 'footprint' with offices in several major UK Cities. THE OPPORTUNITY An opportunity has arisen within the firm's Lancashire office that would be ideally suited to a Graduate, AAT or CPI Qualified (or equivalent) individual with seeking to develop a long-term career within Restructuring & Advisory. As an Associate your responsibilities will involve: Supporting Managers and Directors with Administration cases (Trading, Pre-Pack), CVL's, MVL's and Strategic Advisory projects involving highly-stressed business. Handling many aspects of cases from initial instruction through to completion. Supporting Directors in Business Sale / Disposal and Accelerated M&A transactions In return for your loyalty and commitment you will be rewarded with: A competitive salary package with annual reviews and an annual bonus scheme Support towards professional studies as you develop your experience Long term opportunity to develop and progress your career towards Manager / Senior Manager Exposure to varied and interesting Recovery, Restructuring and Turnaround projects THE PERSON You will be a Corporate Insolvency or Accountancy professional able to demonstrate the following: Graduate or alternatively AAT or CPI Qualified (or equivalent level qualification) Background within Accountancy or Insolvency Practice, or alternatively an Analytical discipline (c.1 - 2 yrs) Good level of Accounting knowledge, possibly some Forecasting or Report writing experience A desire to continue developing your experience and career within a leading Corporate Advisory Practice.
