Customer Service Administrator - Manchester City Centre - £19,700 Your new company Hays are recruiting for a customer service administrator to begin a role in a construction firm. The role is based in Manchester City Centre. The vacancy is an immediate start. Your new role In this role your main responsibilities will include, but not be exclusive to: You will be reporting to the company's office manager to ensure that all services are running effectively. Be an ambassador for the company as you are the first point of contact for customers, visitors and all members of your team a like. You will answer a range of queries in relation to the business You must make sure that every customer receives the best support every time You must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft products. Go the extra mile with our customers, be able to clearly explain all information in an understandable way Be polite, professional, enthusiastic and calm as you will be dealing with a high volume of customers You will need to integrate well within your team Be a positive influence with customers and colleagues alike What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need: A desire to do what is necessary to get the job done. Previous experience in a customer services role. The ability to think critically to overcome any problems quickly and effectively. You must be enthusiastic, organised and intelligent Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all information is accurate. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to deal with multiple tasks at once. You must be able to work to tight deadlines. The candidate must be able to work independently and effectively in a team as well. Must be IT literate and able to use the computer efficiently.
