Overview

I am looking for a HR Advisor for a client of mine based in Portsmouth. Must have previous experience of managing a wide range of case work such as absences, disciplinary's, grievances, capability and performance and typically be used to more complex and sensitive employee relations cases with high risk to the business associated. Role Responsibilites: Provide coaching, advice and support to Line Managers on more complex and sensitive ER cases with high risk to the business Establish effective working relationships to ensure that relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed at the appropriate stages in each case. Work in partnership with other members of the Case Coaching Team and others to deliver a timely, accurate and effective case work. Coach and support line managers, Employees and representatives in a proactive manner to resolve cases effectively, and to attain consistency and compliance across the business. Provide balanced advice that is legally compliant & in line with company policy to managers, and employees in order to manage risk. Support and manage cases in an accurate, timely fashion ensuring all cases are updated regularly and records maintained appropriately (using the appropriate technology solution) Ensure effective working relationships are created and maintained including Business HR and Trade Union / Employee representatives, Occupational Health etc. who interface with the Case Coaching Team Deputise for HR Manager - ER & Case Management ( where required) Provide specialist advice and coaching to line managers to take greater accountability for managing complex and high risk ER issues Please visit our website www.outsource-uk.co.uk
