This role is well suited to an Insolvency Manager who has compliance and risk experience and one that enjoys the regulatory side of the industry. The role This role will report into the Head of Regulatory Operations and will focus on managing the complaints function and subsequent tracking of complaints through the correct processes. Key responsibilities; Ensuring that complaints are progressed to the right stage within the process and are promptly concluded.
