Our client is a successful Financial Services business based in Reading and they are currently looking for an Administrator to join the team The client is happy to train you, we just want someone with strong Admin experience GENERAL PA DUTIES Working as a key member of the Business Support Team (back office) to process cases efficiently through to submission Supporting the Executive Business Operations Manager with cases and overall team reporting - prioritising urgent cases, identify and resolve issues Liaising with Financial Advisers to process cases, clarify queries, and escalate issues Writing up and maintaining accurate notes on CRM platform GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES Checking and responding to emails Email filing and flagging Updating CRM platform with notes and client information Ensuring that all business submission documentation is appropriately filed and/ or archived Ensuring that client files are accurately maintained and updated in line with data protection requirements Co-ordinating office / building access for colleagues and guests Ordering/replenishing of stationery Base £20-22000 full time For more details please contact Jason at Astral
