How you’ll make an impact… The Client Support Team Lead will be responsible for leading the UK IT team to deliver high quality support to Xero employees within the UK & EMEA, as well as support the broader global support team. As a Client Support Team Leader you will: Ensure the team is motivated, engaged, and continuously learning to scale and develop Create space and opportunity for the team to be innovative and looking at ways to improve service Delegate and support the day to day activities across your team, and be cognisant of global requirements and demands Diagnose, investigate and resolve incidents and technical problems, demonstrating an excellent customer centric approach Assist the project team with project handover and project related desktop support tasks Support for internally used SaaS applications What you’ll bring… We are looking for an inspiring leader with a strong operational experience and strong background in people management. Extensive experience in Cloud delivered technologies, such as GSuite, Zendesk, Okta and Slack (desirable) Previous experience with SCCM, JAMF Pro and MDM (desirable) Ability to focus on delivery, but understand and drive towards strategic goals and objectives Ability to build rapport and excellent communication skills with different stakeholders at all levels This role is accompanied by a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits We strive to create an inclusive workplace where people have the opportunity to succeed, regardless of gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, race, religion or belief, disability, age or pregnancy.
